We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills to support the work of the Finance department and IT function within the Diocese including admin/ secretarial support to the Director of Finance.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative or secretarial capacity, with a proven record of IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point; Outlook and Access. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a good telephone and email manner will also be essential.
The ability to plan and prioritise work from different areas in the department and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy will be essential in this role, so a flexible approach to working with a ‘can do’ attitude and team focus will be paramount.

Hours: 37 per week, some flexibility to working pattern will be considered
Salary band: £23, 802- £25,329 per annum depending on experience
