Survey – Making a Difference – at work

The Living Faith theme for 2012 is “Making a Difference in the World”.

During the year we hope to explore our response to this in our community and through our charitable activities. Supplementing Dave Adams' first sermon about Making a Difference - at work, we want to consider how we might make a difference in the workplace and, to help us think together about this, you are invited to complete the following questionnaire. As we compile the results we will have a snapshot of the opportunities and challenges we face in making a difference in work.

There are 14 questions. Responses to the questionnaire are anonymous. If you are not sure how to answer a question, say so and move on.
