{"id":30372,"date":"2026-03-29T14:07:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-29T13:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ducklingtonchurch.org.uk\/?post_type=ctc_event&#038;p=30372"},"modified":"2026-03-29T14:08:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T13:08:15","slug":"rambling-group-april-walk","status":"publish","type":"ctc_event","link":"https:\/\/www.ducklingtonchurch.org.uk\/?ctc_event=rambling-group-april-walk","title":{"rendered":"Rambling Group &#8211; April Walk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>St Bartholomew\u2019s Rambling Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 11<sup>th<\/sup> April 2026 \u2013 Bampton Circular Walk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We continue to be wary of walks along the Thames Path, Windrush River and meadow areas; my concern is mud, puddles and wet feet.<\/p>\n<p>Our Bampton Walk will start at 10:00 (Saturday 11<sup>th<\/sup> April ) in the Market Square car park and will follow a route that loops around the village taking in views of buildings that were used in the filming of Downton Abbey and some more rural vistas. The walk is just over 2 miles long and should take us about one to one-and-half hours.
