I&#8217;m taking on the Step Up September challenge for the Trussell Trust which involves walking for at least 30 minutes everyday in September.<br \/>\nIf you can spare a pound or two that will be great encouragement for me and the money all goes to to the Trussell Trust who run food banks throughout the UK.<br \/>\nThe food banks in the Trussell Trust network distributed close to 3 million emergency food parcels between 1 April 2022 to 31st March 2023.&nbsp; This is the first time that food banks in the Trussell Trust network have provided over a million parcels for children, with record levels of need seen for both children and adults this year.<br \/>\nWith your help, the Trussell Trust can continue their work and get closer to a future where there is no longer a need for food banks.<\/p>\n<p>Chris<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If you can support Chris, please head over to his <a href=\"https:\/\/trusselltrust.enthuse.com\/pf\/chris-stoneham?fbclid=IwAR2mBVDZ30vWXmwlJhlW9whUukaKl5e4C-qAlVbh0NO-c2zjMzVDIq85DGo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">donation page here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Time to get a little fitter and to raise money for a good cause in the process.
