There is a wide variety of music at St Bartholomew’s – open to all who wish to take part whether singing or playing an instrument.

We have talented piano/keyboard players  who play at each service accompanying our hymn singing from an enthusiastic congregation

We have a music group who sing at specific services and we aim to provide musicians for special services at Easter and Christmas time.

Our choir meet weekly to rehearse on a Thursday evening at 7:30pm in church.

The intention is that rehearsals take place on these dates:

Singing will take place on these dates:

  • We can add a very personal touch to weddings and funerals (take a look on our You Tube page here for a recent memorial service)
  • At least once a year we welcome the Brize Singers for their Christmas Concert (you can see a video on our You Tube channel here)

We often have the Ducklington Hand Bell Ringers playing in church, such as Fritillary Sunday, and, of course, our wonderful bell ringers ring each week before the Sunday morning service.
