The Mothers’ Union in the Diocese collects items for parents who stay with children in the JR in Oxford; these are often very sick children from quite a distance. We collect shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes & paste; also new magazines, tea bags and sachets of coffee, hot chocolate and malted drinks; small packets of 2-3 biscuits, cleaning materials and washing powder. …
Grateful thanks to Peter Cocks for arranging for Smiths to provide the stone as part of their community programme, to make the entrance better draining. Peter also dug out the existing ground and laid the reinforced mesh. Thank you, Peter for a great job tidying up the entrance to our churchyard

We shall be taking a special collection on Sunday 18 and 25 June to support the work of local churches in Kensington towards the relief of the victims of the disastrous fire.
