Thank you so much for your generosity as a church, I have spent the £300 I have received from you on: a bulk order of sewing machine needles; tool kits so each dressmaker attending a sewing machine maintenance and servicing class I have been asked to teach will have the tools to practice what they have been taught; sewing thread; fabric shears and other tools; rechargeable solar lights. I will also be taking a suitcase of children’s clothes, shoes and toys because of your generosity. Thank you! If you would like to pray for me please consider these points: my safety as I travel chaperoned, into overcrowded city quarters and remote villages, to people living without western convenience and commodities like electricity; that as we visit people living in financial hardship that they will see your love and generosity towards them; that my research will benefit them and the other people we serve as a charity, building community, faith and hope; and that out of all of this, our communal love for Christ will be the beacon that we shine.
