The role of the PCC Secretary covers two main functions: One is to take minutes during the meetings and the other is to act as the liaison with the Deanery and Diocese. Paul Cowan, Bishop Steven’s Chaplain is looking for someone to assist with the co-ordination of the Diocese Emergency Planning for the Diocese. This would be a voluntary position and the the role is liaising with the Area Deans across the Archdeaconry to ensure that if there is a major event, everyone is clear on their responsibilities.
