Bob is married to Ruth and has two daughters and four grandchildren. Bob’s career as a secondary school teacher spanned 37 years including 29, from 1979 to 2015, at The Henry Box School, where he was successively Head of History and Deputy Head. Bob was ordained into the Church of England in 1993 and served as Rector of Ducklington from 1999 until 2015. From 2015 to 2023, Bob was chaplain at Rendcomb College, nr Cirencester . Bob moved back to Witney for retirement and is grateful for the opportunity to take part occasionally in leading worship at St Bartholomew’s.
