The Revd Charles Chadwick, is Parish Development Adviser for the Dorchester Archdeaconry.

Brought up in the Diocese of Oxford, Charles’ ordained ministry began in Buckinghamshire where he served for 13 years before moving to Somerset in 2001 and then back to Oxfordshire.
