School Business Manager and Bursar – The King’s School, Witney

We are looking for a full-time business manager who can take the school forward into a new phase of development. The successful candidate will have excellent management and financial skills. They will be able to build upon the successes of the past, maintaining the distinctive quality and tone of the school as it works together with the local church and community. They will be responsible for the management of the budgets and the facilities, working with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be part of the school’s senior management team (SMT) and will share responsibility for promoting the Christian faith, being involved in regular prayer and Christian service. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement that the job-holder must be a committed Christian willing to work with others in the context of Oxfordshire Community Churches (OCC) ethos statement.
