Tricia and Jane prepare the PowerPoint Slides for each service which also includes preparation of hymn sheets in larger print for those who need them.
They would appreciate any help that can be given, so, can you……
- Use PowerPoint and edit established Templates to prepare each weekly service?
- Be willing to use DropBox which holds all templates and prepared PowerPoint “Shows” for the upcoming service?
- Be willing to log on to our authorised hymn lyrics provider, insert in to PowerPoint and also amend sizing etc and print out? This means also using Microsoft Word.
- Update current hymn choice list and prepare the folders for use in the service?
This process takes a couple of hours and it helps if it can be prepared early in the week to allow time for checking and possible amendments. The readings, Collect, variable prayers and hymn choices will be sent to you.
