Messy Church Summertime 2026
Another wonderful Messy Church get-together. Celebrating the onset of summer and also the dads in our lives!
We were grateful to be able to return to Friars Court, Clanfield after a few years’ absence. It is still as beautiful as ever. A lovely day of relaxation, reflection, gratitude and a chance to really connect with one another. Pentecost Picnic …. with a difference; May 2026

We are so grateful to those who donated wonderful cakes, and their time, to host a Community Cuppa (and cake!) morning to help raise funds in Christian Aid Week.
Fritillary Sunday – April 2026
What a day – yes we probably say that every year but it’s true! Thank you so much to the Events Committee and ALL who made this day so wonderful. A record breaking achievement in financial terms which is all to help raise funds to ensure the fabric of the church is maintained but…it’s more than just about money. A day for the whole community and visitors from far and wide.
Our annual gathering to thank Friends’ members for their support over the year. If you’d like to become a Friend follow this link here. We had two very interesting talks. One from, Friend, Neil Brading on the history of the mill(s) in Ducklington and the other from Church Warden (and Friend!) Martin Dines on what being a Church Warden actually means.
Our evening closed with a chance to chat and to eat the lovely food and enjoy the wine and drinks.
