We recognise the recent news regarding the House of Bishops on the Living in Love and Faith process will be received differently by different people, and that for many this news will be devastating, especially for numerous LGBTQIA+ people whom it affects directly.
If you’d like someone to have a conversation with and help process your thoughts and feelings, you are welcome to get in touch with one of the diocesan LGBTQIA+ chaplains.
The chaplaincy service is a safe space and welcomes everyone. The chaplains are here for you.
A chaplain will listen and support you, and be alongside you in what you’re feeling and thinking. They can meet you online or in person. If you’d like, they can pray with you, although this is not obligatory.
You can find out more about the service and how to get in touch with a chaplain here.
